Pics posted coming up sideways ?!

Anyone have any idea why when I post pics they more often than not  become sideways ? Using IPhone. Not turning phone sideways. I select pic from Photo Library and it's fine. I've seen others apparently having same problem. Thanks in advance

I just turn my head sideways to see the pics. I'm not entirely inflexible, and it's good exercise..
