Possible new hunting spot but...

Good size piece of land but very thick bedding area is near the road, mostly. In order to get to trees and huntable area, I would need to walk through the bedding area. No way around it. I don't think this would be a good place in the afternoon, and morning might not be great either tromping through thick stuff. What does everyone think???

Would it be possible to cut a narrow walking path through the downwind side, this spring? Then you could slip through there quietly and leave them relatively undisturbed.
