Grizz1219 Posted January 25, 2016 Share Posted January 25, 2016 Took venison breakfast sausage, mixed it with melted Velveeta cheese and Salsa, then stuffed that into Jalapeno pepper halves, wrapped that with a slice of bacon the put it in the smoker for two hours with apple wood at 230 degrees.. Bite sized pieces, dash of dry rub, dab of jalapeno cream cheese ,1/3 piece of bacon toothpicked . Sometimes add a water chestnut for a little crunch. Going to try your recipe next time around.
