Decoys/wooden

My farther Inlaw just gave me two bags of wooden decoys.Some are wood ducks most are mallards ducks.While looking at them some I will just use for decor.I did find that one is signed by a Fellow named Bill Roberts from Green Lawn L.I does anyone have any Idea as to who he is?

All wooden decoys have value, and some of them by certain makers are quite valuable.

There is probably lots of info online. They are quite collectible.

For sure until I can find someone to look them over with myself.Some of them look like they could be Geese either way they will look good on my shelf side table.

I have a merganser decoy that my uncle made out of wood it's probably 40 years old, may not be worth a dime but the sentimental value is immeasurable. A fresh paint job is required every so often...

That is a sweet find! As stated some are worth a small fortune but all are very cool

Still waiting for my buddy to get outta work so he can take pics.After taken closer look I have 7 that are signed by same carver.More info to come when I get it.Online doesn't help much for signed pieces.

Thank's I will look there as well.From what I looked up on line some of these are worth as much as 3grand.Not saying the ones I have are of that value but the price range is wide
