Maple Weekend

It's Maple weekend this Sat 19th and Sun 20th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm. Going to go and get some good syrup and few other maple products. Anyone plan on going? It's going be a bit chilly out the weather report says.

Yep, me and my honey will be headed out shortly to a place in Boston. Nice sunny day, but a little chilly....

I'm taking my two sisters tomorrow to place up near Medina. Looking forward to some good maple products for sure.

Well, sad to say, from the guy I talked to at his farm, this is a terrible year for the sap run due to the warm weather and no frost. He stated that "maybe" they will get a 1/4 or 1/3 of the syrup that they normally do at this time of the year!!!

We're going on April 2 and 3. Maybe be a little warmer without that nasty east wind. We're visit Schumacher Farms, Sweet Dream Maple Farm, and Wolfs Maple Products. Try their homemade donut with maple cream glaze.
