Ingredients:

4 cups white or brown rice

1 1/2 lb venison steaks cut into cubes and seasoned

4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 can drained corn

1/2 cup onions, chopped

1/2 cup red or green bell peppers, chopped

1 can drained kidney beans

1 can diced tomatoes (not drained)

- Cook white or brown rice as directed.

- Season Venison cubes with Wild Game Seasoning (or however you generally like to spice your steaks)

- Fry venison and Worcestershire on medium heat in a large frying pan until venison is cooked to your liking.

- Leave all juices in the pan and add rice, corn, onion, bell peppers, kidney beans, and tomatoes (with juice).

- Cook on medium heat, for about 15 minutes or until the rice starts to brown a bit and the beans soften up. Stirring to prevent burning.

- Serve with a bit of hot sauce and salsa on top

Hey I tried this the other day, for a company picnic share-a-dish thing. Had alot of compliments. I axed the beans and used a crock pot but other then that it was a nice change of pace.  :(

We do this about twice a year, and I of course usually do a venison dish. For many co-workers this is the only menu of venison they ever see.
