WNYBuckHunter Posted February 11, 2011 Share Posted February 11, 2011 2 eggs 3/4 cup of milk 4 slices of bread 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms 2 Tbsp flaked parsley 2 tsp sage 1 tsp black pepper 2 tsp salt 8 - 10 dashes hot sauce 2 Lbs ground venison Mix eggs and milk in a bowl. Pull bread slices into pieces, add into bowl. Mix in onions, celery, mushrooms, parsley, sage, pepper and salt. Mix in venison and add hot sauce. Press mixture into caserole dish. Bake uncovered in oven for 1 1/2 hours. Mix together 1/4 cup Ketchup, 2 Tbsp brown sugar and 1 Tbsp yellow mustard. Remove meatloaf from oven and spread sauce over top of the meatloaf.
