Normally will stuff with either cheese blends or spicy sausage n cheese and wrap and bacon and throw on the smoker. DirtTime Posted January 30, 2017 Share Posted January 30, 2017 I have no clue if this will work in a smoker, used to do it over coals while camping, and it based on jalapeño's. But might be an easy conversion. Shredded bacon and blue cheese filling. A few others I have made using with various peppers, but again, over coals and not in a smoker: Finely diced tomato, pepper jack, and some burger. This one is for those who really like heat, shredded bacon, mozzarella, and finely diced cayenne peppers. You can pretty much stuff any hot pepper the same you would make stuffed peppers at home for dinner. Just get creative and try different things.
