Brittany breeders

Anybody know of any Brittany breeders that they can recommend. My cousin just put his 14 year old girl down and is in the market for one but is having a hard time finding someone locally.

Within a 4-5 hour drive maximum of nyc.

What kind of hunting will be done, my connection say's there a few breeders but not as many in the hard core hunting lines.

Weekend warrior for quail and pheasant. Rest of the time a family dog. Thanks for your help.

Im a new resident to nj.  Went for quail for the first time this season.  Wow!!!   Im assuming you hunt quail in jersey?

No actually my cousin and I hunt NY near the albany area

I didnt know they had quail up there.   Preserve?

 

when you said 4- 5 hour drive from New York City I assumed you were there and hunted New Jersey.   Anyway quail are awesome imo.  This was my first time hunting them and to see a covey break is awesome

My parents had a beautiful orange/white AKC Brittany for years. I'll see where they got him.

I have a friend that raises them and releases them on his farm. We hunt the state released pheasant and grouse we hunt on our property. Bird hunting is extremely addictive and great to pass time with friends and family.
