Cuomo is moving as far as he can towards full socialism, in order to buy as many votes as he can with other people's money.  He's too stupid to realize the people who are against the state increasing it's spending are starting to rebel.

And they raised the SS cap from first $118,500 to $127,200 for 2017. The extra 6.2% takehome is nice late in the year, but nice when it was maxed out earlier
