I weighed in a 22# catfish, and the lady messed up the form, and it was never registered. I complained, and even with the lady admitting she screwed up, they wouldn't enter my cat. It would have been the 3rd largest cat of the tournament. No money winner, but my name in the paper would have been nice. Certainly must be better eating than big catfish...

Heard the exact opposite that there nasty and full of bones. And the cats? Big or small, out of LC there nasty. Very muddy tasting. I kept a couple smaller 5 lber and soaked them in water, then buttermilk. Even smoked em. Didn't care for them. Fortunately, during the tournament, you get bonus points for them being alive, so all of ours get released. Down south al oat every restaurant had fried cats on the menus and they would come out hole minus head and guys and were absolutely delicious.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
