Judo, G5, Thumper, Snaro ... best point for small game?

I'm thinking about hunting Grouse this year as I have plenty and can usually sneak up on them.

The snaro looks like it would be effective if a little goofy. Any experience?

Also, is it sporting to shoot a grouse on the ground?

If your shooting a 100gr. Head you can grind a 125gr. Fieldpoint down to 100gr. Flat(no tip) there called bloodgin's. I'm not sure if they sell them anymore,but they work the best for small game. Judi heads are best for clumps of grass. Blunts suck. The use to sell little stars that went behind the field point. If I remember I'll post a pic of all the small game heads later.

as for stalking and shooting a bird on the ground with an arrow sounds pretty challenging to me.

Only grouse i ever shot was with a 100gr. NAP Thunderhead.

I had 2 blunts,6 stars & 2 judo's if you want them shoot me an address. I'll never use them.
