Agree with bph, a "win-win-win" proposal for bowhunters, traditional muzzleloaders & youth hunters.

It's time NYS caught up to the rest of the nation regarding game laws & hunting opprotunites.

Sounds good . I have an In-line ML that would leave me out of the loop but it would give the Trad Guys a break and that's okay . I like the Oct 1 start . Since it makes sense , it probably won't happen .
