Both the original and the remake were excellent..

The original starred Burgess Meridith as George and Lon Chaney Jr. as Lennie IIRC...

The remake starred Gary Sinise as George and John Malkovich as Lennie..

John Malkovich is one of my favorite modern day actors..

I took vacation from November 13- 18 then I go back for 2 days then off for Thanksgiving from the 22nd thru the25th
