On the other hand authorities are saying he had ballistics notes. If the bump-fire devices were being used with a spray-and-pray technique, ballistics tables wouldn't even come into play.

I was wondering about that myself. The only thing I can think of is that perhaps he didn't want to provide any "warning shots" while he was trying to find the effective center of the crowd for starting his spray of bullets.

This guy clearly states at the beginning that he's operating on hearsay from some friends. He's not making these pronouncements based on what was actually said, and he's immediately attacking the NRA? And he's proclaiming that this shooting was carried out by ANTIFA? Really? First I've heard of that. He needs to get his facts straight before openly trashing the NRA. Unless, of course, he's just anti-NRA for some reason.

La Pierre didn't concede anything. He put it back to the ATF to make a new determination if that's what is necessary. Bump-fire mechanisms aren't "modifications", they're accessories. And they don't 'convert' a semi-automatic firearm to an automatic firearm any more than practice and trigger finger exercises do.

just to be clear, you know your buddy papsmear posted that and I responded to it right? I didn't even watch the video. i don't watch or click on anything he posts, just read the title.
