We offer a regular cut for 75.00 a choice cut for 90.00 and a prime cut for 110.00. Each cut after the regular cut will give you more choices for sausages and specialty type cuts.

Jim and Hitching Post  Meats does a first class job.  I had a great experience - quick turnaround, friendly service and packaging and butchering is best I've seen.  If I continue to have good luck I will be taking my deer to Hitching Post.
