I was just wondering, i did have a Sig but it looks like it was taken away? are we not allowed to have one? If not why have the option to create and upload a Signature?

Or is it just photos we can not have in the sigs?

No pics in the sigs, because it really slows down the loading of pages.  Maybe if we can figure out how to limit the size of the sig then we can add the pic.

o ok, yeah i figured it was due to speed. i made sure it was small tho. no big deal eitherway tho. let me know if things change.

Within the SMF admin panel there is a setting for signature sizes. Usually the default is already set. If pics are slowing down the server, then it's time for a new server (web host)  or just allow them to hot link their pics instead to relieve any pressure on your end.

If you can already put a custom avatar up, why put pics in your sig anyway? Besides, it clutters the threads up.

only when people use big sigs does it clutter.. if the size is limited the server should be fine.
