I was there and hung out with sodfather for a bit. Missed Moho and we would have had a trio of Jays . Holy heat Batman They can eliminate the motorcade of Jeep’s at the end if they’d like

They could eliminate a lot and have it still be a nice parade. 1.5 hours for a parade is a bit much.

I’m sorry I missed TF and Sodfather as they where only 100 yards or so away.

one year i got stuck in a parade coming back from fishing.  Forgot about it and was waiting in intersection for the parade to pass.  Guy stops in a convertable and waves me out so i thought that was it ... nope i was in the parade with the boat.  lol people are waving etc.  We had a good fishing day but prob didnt need a parade! lol      Bet there were lots of people wondering whey a boat was in the parade???  

Actually now that i think about it been in two parades with the boat- lol 

One in Jefferson county and one in Oneida co.

Heat was unreal.....no clue why anyone would throw Tootsie rolls to the kids in temps like we had yesterday. It was like walking through a land of goose crap on the way back to our car. On the plus side kids had a great time and got more candy than Halloween!

They were zinging peppermint patty’s too. They’d hit and stick on the ground. Did manage a freezie pop on my walk home though.
