Buddy of mine just bought some acreage at auction that had to be done without any inspection of the land.  Turns out it used to have a "Breaking Bad" type of meth community in the middle of it.  People were all gone, but the trailers, outhouses and trash was still there.  He has teamed up with the local fire dept to do a "controlled burn" in that part of the land to get rid of most of the junk.  Otherwise the land is pretty good hunting land.

My wife's cousin just had a family come through her hospital who were all sick from buying an old (unknown) meth lab house.  Nasty F-ers
