I feel like you that this is stupidity at it's finest.  But, these "elected Officials"  are not the sharpest tacks in the board.

They are liable to pass it just because of "Stupidity"!

The NY HOUNDSMEN will be on top of this. Anyone who owns any type of hunting dog should belong to this organization for $10 a year.

I'm much more concerned with why these politicians are spending their time on crap like this? I'm glad dogs are more important than the depression we're in.
