Webster ny housing

Trying to help my sister who needs a new place to live out there.  Any body no of a good website and an area that wont break the bank for rent but neighbor hood is safe for her kids?  Any help would be great thanks.

I like a few others on here live in Webster .Not sure there would,be to,many single family homes for rent, the one next to me 1,600 sq rents for $1,700 per month . As far as complex’s there are a couple to stay away from I’ll have to look,them up,in a bit .

Avoid Phillips Village .

This place is nice, basically across from me ,and I used to bow hunt it, before they built this ....

Close to many stores, rt 104 and good schools a stones throw .

Just google Webster ny apartments, many will be in a much more commercial area then these . Narrow it down and I’ll answer any questions I can .

Summit Knolls is a bit cheaper , I’m not to familiar with it  which could be good everyone know Phillips village because it’s where a good chunk of the crime in Webster is , sec 8 housing .

Definitely a biased opinion... Webster has a lot to offer, but just a few miles east is Ontario and 10/12mi east is Williamson, rents probably will be cheaper and still a quick trip on Rte104 to Webster (& Rochester) area. Like everywhere, there are certain areas or apt complexes to avoid!

I told her to look on the out skirts towards smaller towns she could find more for less.  But i guess we will see.

Ontario is  like the old Webster I grew up,in !
