Uploading photo issue

Anybody else having trouble trying to upload a photo everytime I try and post a pic it says unable to process even if I crop the picture it still does it

I had that problem yesterday and today it works .

Just uploaded a pic today no issue.  Try a different browser,  like Chrome of Firefox.
