YES!!! That's the one.... Heard some good some bad on it.. is it final yet??? What is the majorities take on it... I'm an out of stater that lovesd hunting NY... Just wondering what you all think of this new legislation and where it stands... I've seen 15 page posts on this and tried to keep up but looking for the "Readers Digest" version if one is there...
