BizCT
Hey bowhunters, I'm looking for advice. I am going to PA with my crossbow soon and my quiver holds 4 bolts/broadheads. Just for back-up I plan on bringing a couple more and a practice bolt/broadhead I use for targets. How do store your broadheads that can't fit into your quiver for the ride to the lodge and then while at the lodge? Maybe I shouldnt have put the broadheads together yet, and left them in the packaging? I was thinking of taking the broadheads off and putting them in a small tuperware container? Thanks in advance. tughillhunter
Ive used a tupperware container and a car wash sponge cut to fit, and stick the broadheads in that.
burmjohn
I have a little box and keep that foam wrap in there, works perfect for me. If you dont have foam wrap just toss some shredded paper in a box this way the blades don't wear down from moving around.

BigRed44
For now I'm keepimg my extra broadheads in a plastic shot gun shell box but that just sits on the shelf. Will probably look into a better set-up to store them for the off season so i can still use the box for shells. I like the idea of just cutting a piece of foam to fit in a small box. RichZ7
My quiver holds 5 arrows but I keep my bow in a Plano hard plastic bow case. I picked it up from Dick's for about 60 bucks. It holds a dozen arrows so when I store my bow the quiver comes off and the arrows get held, in place in the top cover of the case and the bow and quiver go in the bottom portion. When I have a full dozen arrows I keep 6 with broadheads, 4 with field points and 2 with practice broadheads (Rage). This way if I'm either hunting or at the range I just pull out the arrows I need. The case holds everything very secure.
