Hey All,

During this lock down I've been craving an Italian beef sandwich. I have a football roast in the freezer from this years deer, and was wondering if anyone has every made these from this cut? If so do you have a recipe to share?

Found this recipe may give it a go on a nice toasted hero with melted provolone on top. Well I think my Sunday is planned.....Time to get the beer on ice.
