Plots are all in

Just completed the food plots. About 4 acres total. 2 acres Hancock Seed Reid's field corn which was about a month behind the area farmers plus some Hancock Seed Ripper Peas, Daikon Radishes and Purple Top Turnips, Evolved Harvest oats mix with brassicas and Evolved Harvest 7 card stud.

Hancock Seeds are great. Turnips and daikon radishes went In last Sunday morning  and  4 days later and their up. In both plots.

Seeds take off when the soil is so warm.  I'm jealous of the amount of rain you must have gotten.  It's pretty brown here.  Waiting on parts for my tiller and for rain before planting winter peas, turnips and radish, top dressed with rye.

We had 2 different rain spells this week nothing big but a couple hrs each time.

Top pic -some are over 10’ tall now and just beginning to grow ears. Planted June 6th.  The 2nd pic is the same as the pic in the original post with the peas growing. The peas are about 18” now. The bottom pic is another 1/2 acre of corn.

I have to say I love the Power Line Food Plot idea !!!

It's something how later planted corn will catch up. I planted a lateer plot 3 weeks after my first plot. It's better than the early one.
