Ive had the cam out since Friday and got almost 200 pics so far. Looks like it might be a good year. This buck was a spike with small brows last season, I passed on him more times than I could count both in bow and gun season, he almost taunted me I thought lol. He was a 1 1/2 last year and will be a 2 1/2 this season. Hopefully he makes it this year and he should be a great 3 1/2 next year.

Thanks guys. Yeah the IR is pretty good on this cam. I just need to figure out why ts using it in the day time as well as night. It probably needs a software update.

you may need to update the time its triggered to come on. you may have the time set to come on during daylight hours. i often have to update the times especially when it starts to get darker sooner.

you should have a manual set where you can tell the cam to turn the IR on. say it gets dark at 830 and you have to come on at 730 you have an hour of where the IR is on and doesnt need to be...

I know my other IR cam just automatically does it. I dunno, I havent looked into it yet. Ill look for those though when I do.

i know mine requires me to set a time for the IR to come on and off. what do you got to loose, its worth a shot lol.

Yep. I have heard of issues with this cam taking B&W shots during the day though. We will see what happens with it.
