Muzzy Trocar NY legal?

I normally shoot mechanical heads.  However only shooting 50#, I'm looking at the hybrid heads.  Like to look of the trocar heads, but not sure if there NY legal.

I just got some Ramcats, they look like they ought to be illegal but they arent

They are not because the blades can swing forward when pulled out and are sharp on the back end as well
