Imo you’re asking for trouble. 1.5oz of scent or lure. Idk how they draw the line on lure. Call DEC and ask. I’d just find a natural food source they were coming to

Urine is actually not a food source. The item you’re referring to surely could be considered. Urine in NY is illegal too isn’t it? If it is I don’t use it.

Urine is actually not a food source. The item you’re referring to surely could be considered. Urine in NY is illegal too isn’t it? If it is I don’t use it.
