Anyone interested in a rotating home in the woods??

This is an interesting concept. Dome shaped home on 28 acres in the middle of the woods in New Paltz near Mohonk Mtn. The home rotates using a remote control. Wouldn't this be a nice way to hunt? The owner is only asking $1.2M.
