Lol.  My cousin got in big trouble stealing one of those trout from the hatchery when he was a kid living there.

Maybe offer to lease it from the farmer, instead of everyone just using it he can make some money.

I would atleast talk to the neighbors to get mutual recovery.

I have a ladderstand in a tree that has a ladderstand on the opposite side. Tree is on the property line. I have never seen anyone in that stand. Not much you can do, and as others have said you can't let them dictate where you hunt. I say send it and sit the stand you need to for effectively hunting the property.

If you are hunting that wind, it would be unproductive for the neighbor to hunt his stand with his scent blowing into the field he's hunting. Maybe, you are anticipating a problem that may not materialize. Like others said, try to contact the other hunter and talk things out.
