insanejstr
Savage Weather Warrior .308 win. Any pros or cons with this rifle. Barrel color does it really matter?
Phillygunns
Savage is a solid rifle no matter wich model you choose. The finish should not be a problem as it is a satin finish and not shiny. The 308 is one of the best cartridges out there and widely available. You should be very happy with that rifle.

I am a big T/C fan, but I'll tell you this, that company impressed me a lot... It is a solid rifle, great trigger... A definite gun for the aresenal.... Karpteach
Savage makes a great rifle/shotgun! I got the 220 2 months ago and I love it! The stock around the action has a 1/4" space in some spots. But love it none the less!!! Good luck either way!

KenAxe-7
Savage makes some quality guns. I own a few model 99's and a model 10ML(50 cal muzzle loader)....Just my 2 cents Also can't ever go wrong with chosing the .
