those look great !  The tuscan Vodka sausage i made this weekend has sundried tomato in it.  And it might be my new favorite.

Ended up with 1.5 pounds of trim from my pork ribs so figured while they smoke I’ll whip up some venison Brats. The tester patty was great. Excited for the grilled version
