Pflueger trion

I picked up a pflueger Trion 30 reel as a back up, its surely no comparison to their president line. Its nice but the president is much better 

 Now just need to pair it with a rod .

i bought a combo 2 years ago at runnings and the reel started sticking last year.  Have to take it apart and put some lube in there and hope thats the issue.

I read reviews and they were mixed ,I'm hoping it serves as my backup to my president 35 with st croix rod . I'm just not sure what 6 to 6.6' rod I'm going to get .

i like a fast tip single peice.  I actually like the rod it came with a lot.

Pflueger. It came as a combo.  got the 6'6" .  I seem to get farther casts with that for stickbait fishing.  I like the 6' for using a senko though.  Ive had good luck with Quantum rods as well.  Just never cared for their reels.

My UL setup has a pflueger reel,just cant remember model.hasnt failed me yet.im big on fenwick 6'6 med action rods.

Went with a bass pro shops rod and was a sucker for a pfluger president in 30.
