Another example of policies that sound good, but fail to produce the desired results.  And when they fail, they double down on the insanity claiming they weren't severe enough.

This is going to cost every American citizen thousands of dollars a year, while giving them absolutely nothing for their money.  And that's referring to the folks that don't lose their jobs.

To go to such extremes without considering the consequences it forces on the people who elected you to represent them, is tantamount to becoming an enemy of the state.  Good intentions that destroy your own country's economy, are not acceptable.

I just don't get how everyday Americans can't see how bad this is for them, their jobs, their taxes, their energy costs etc.
