Fish ID?

My cousin caught this off of Fire Island, no teeth. Any idea what it is?

Interesting, at first we thought skip jack.

I think there in the jack family. My brother was catching them while seabass/porgy fishing next to bridge pilings. His had more bands on them which is there name “banded rudder fish”
