What exactly is it??? Sheep handling equipment.

This is the barn of what was a sheep farm. New owner wants stuff cleaned out. I know it's used for sheep, just don't exactly know what for. Looks like it clamps them so they can't get loose.. Hate to scrap it if it's something someone might want.

Excellent question.. I'm afraid I'm of zero use on that front.lol
