BTW, the crossbow in the video is a 2011 model. This issue isn't only with their newer models.

My brother and I each had issues with the safety on our Barnett Recruits and were told to return them to Dicks. No problem with the return.

Can anyone help I purchased my Tenpoint Gt Flex from http://outdoorhobbies.co.uk/crossbows-23-manufacturers-1-c.aspwho are a retailer here in the UK, should I contact them regarding the Tenpoint recall or Tenpoint direct as I registered my crossbow for the warranty?

Just a note about Tenpoint customer service. I sent my Wicked Ridge Invader in for the recall on June 2nd. They received it on June 6th and I had it back in my hands on June 10th. They also included a free Wicked Ridge hat. What better customer service could you ask for?
