so what this comes down to is....someone might shoot your deer.... problem is someone might shoot it in youth season, while coyote hunting at night with a rifle you can't controle everything I have seen way to many deer jacked in this state, to stop x-bow hunting because someone might shoot my deer I'm at the point now where I could care less about hunting in this state, with all the BS.....I just might start going on one hunting trip a year out west phade don't you hunt ohio every year, don't they allow x-bow, hasn't stoped you from going there, won't stop you from hunting here either, and some nice looking deer coming out of ohio, I think

listen, I just had to go through this with rifles in shotgun only area's.... the farms I hunt said NO Rifles, it was there decision not mine, I still hunt with my 870, in rifle country as far as owning the deer....try harder than that if a man owns 1,000acres provides food and cover for an animal, pays taxes out the a** he has more right than you to decide why is it always some yuppie, works in an office, lives in a cute little subdivision always has more say than the guy who works the land and pay's taxes on it

My problem is, when I moved to cayuga county with my wife, I knew nobody still worked in another county, had lots of freinds in another county, I had to wait 3 years to move back to Tomkins county which has horrible permit laws, I might have stayed in cayuga a much better county, had I been able to get my permit there the whole permit process is BS

do you have a permit? I do 1. it's 4 people in your county, most of my coworkers live in a different county 2. your references can't be related to you or each other why do you beleive anyone has a right to tell me whether I should be able to own a gun or not, It's easier to get an out of state PA pistol permit than it is to get a permit in my home town....and no references needed

i would use either one, and not complain one bit... these new red LED's are so far ahead of what we used years ago, depending on how it looks through your glass, will determine how far you can make a positive ID is all edit to add don't forget to keep a white light in your pocket for following blood trails, we spend so much time with red lights, I always forget to grab a white one, and following a blood trail with a red light sucks

I love bow hunting as much as anyone, however gun hunting has got a bad wrap it's not hunting with a gun that's the problem, it's the mob of slob hunters with no respect or morels, i would love to go hunting with my pistol and have no one around

hunting close to the road can be the best advantage in the world.... it's when you have to travel far from the road you have more problems. most of the time they here you coming, or if it'a good spot they're already where you want to be so go for it, and good luck

predate, I'm as dedicated coyote caller as you will find, you can't point out the negatives about hound hunting without also includeing the negatives with callers I have seen so many callers calling out the window of the truck while drinking beer it makes me sick you can't condemn a whole group of hunters based on the poor behavior of a few, or we would all be condemned, many callers take your stand, and I can't condone any hunter calling out another hunter for doing it different,
