  1. Redneck was delivered, now just need to find the time to put it in place.
  2. Amen brother, too many people worry what others do. Same concept as the nosey neighbor that can't seem to mind thier own damn business.
  3. 1. I don't think the origin had the compound bow in mind as well, but its being used today in the bow season, so why not a crossbow? 2. Like I said, you want to dictate when I should use a crossbow,, I say No, I want to use it Oct.1st. 3.I meant in the physical sense, I believe in UFC there were trannies in the woman's division and in a couple instances caused concussions. To be honest not sure why I'm even explaining myself on this subject, leave that for something else.
  4. And if I had to be honest I was being sarcastic when I said let it be a free for all. I like a bow and separate firearm seasons. Genuinely I don't see an ill will by allowing crossbow into full inclusion, it's not gonna scare deer as would rifle shots.
  5. You just proved our point..lol..recurve for a challenge yes and I think we can agree a compound is way superior to a recurve but it was dumped into the bow (recurve season)=progression, now crossbows which to be honest is not as profound a leap as were from recurve to compounds but yet a slight progression, so why not full inclusion? Seems pretty logical to me. I will surely get a laugh when full inclusion does pass and you all drop that vertical like a bad habit. Booms and bangs have never decreased my odds, like I said what you use has no bearing on my success. Booms, bangs and people getting ansy typically up my odds. Just saying.
  6. Not for long, switch over to the dark side, its inevitable.
  7. Full defense..lol, nah just calling you out.
  8. 1. Please forward me the link that shows bow was created for a challenge, I think it was created with the intent to separate a string device from a firearm. Crossbow fits right in with that logic. 2.No, I want to use my xbow on Oct 1st, so there. You can use your compound the whole season from Oct. 1 thru ML. 3. Wrong, strongly oppose men beating up on woman. Try again. But again what a dumb attempt at any sort of correlation between trannies and crossbow inclusion. Keep digging, facts baby, I need facts...why is the crossbow so scary to you elitist? No one seems to be able to answer a simple question. I know just admit it, my hunting skills are way superior and your afraid I will kill all your deer.
  9. Lol..so why post such comments, doesn't make you look any better. If you were looking for a rise, no such luck. I just merely called you out on dumb comments.
  10. OMG, the elitist stereotypes are so funny. Jeez. Hunters belittling other hunters, real classy, seems to be the norm among elitist. Oh you forgot gun hunters are also lazy, dumb rednecks etc..did I miss anything..LMAO.
  11. Sounds like a good idea, where do I sign? I hunt to eat deer, me and my family really enjoy the healthy lean meat, any tool for the kill works for me. What you use to hunt has absolutely no bearing on my success.
  12. Who made that rule, archery suppose to be a challenge? Is that your take on it? It's just another tool to kill deer. Maybe I think crossbows a challenge compared to a gun, why should I be deprived of using a crossbow because you don't feel it's a challenge. And please what the hell does males competing in woman's sports have anything remotely to do with crossbow inclusion, enlighten me please. You guys are killing me, but thanks for the chuckle.
  13. You are spot on and thank you for your honesty. I agree the only reason I can think of to not allow full inclusion is selfishness. Again I agree, a certain weapon may make your shot easier but does not make you a better hunter. Shooting at a target and a live animal are miles apart.
  14. I can put my vertical bow away mid November take it out September of the following year and shoot the same 4" groups out to 25 yards and do the same with my crossbow. Where's the advantage. What you indicated above can hold true for any weapon. Being proficient with a weapon or what you guys deem the crossbow a more superior tool has no guarantee on killing a deer. Again, again, again what is so damn scary about crossbow into full inclusion? Will I kill all your deer? All I hear from the elitist are excuses, no facts. What is wrong with allowing a more proficient weapon into the bow season? You guys sound pretty selfish if you ask me.
  15. I really hate to think there are elitist hunters out there with your mindset, disgrace to all hunters. Sound more like a troll trying to screw with these threads then a hunter with an opinion. What is it that scares you elitist about the crossbow? Is it that I will kill all your deer? I still till this day have not seen one valid and factual reason as to why not allow crossbow into full inclusion.
  16. I picked up a 6.5 creedmoor for my 12 year old and I used it this past hunting season and it performed really well, I put a muzzlebrake on it and used 120 grain bullets, hardly any felt recoil and it just plain laid out a big bodied 2 1/2 yr. old buck. I was very impressed, its also a tack driver on paper.
  17. Poached eggs in a peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes and red wine sauce with avocado on the side.
  18. Venison backstraps, tomato and mozzarella.
  19. Scrambled eggs with lox, avocado and a bagel.
  20. Venison sauted with onions and peppers in Pita bread with dash of hot sauce.
  21. Come on no one said that he was no longer a threat but even the expert witness on trial (the man has trained cops since the 70's) indicated that once a person is cuffed the threat is significantly decreased. I saw no threat in that video to those cops. The cops need to listen to people and de escalte a situation, the guy was obviously claustrophobic and anxious, had they just took him out of that car, instead of trying to shove and push him in the car even after he was pleading with them. The cops should have just kept the hand cuffs on and sat him on the curb to calm the situation, things would have ended differently. I say murder, he intended to kill that guy, at what point was the cop going to take his knee off? Kept his knee on for a few extra minutes even when Floyd was motionless (dead).
  22. Approved technique okay I'll take your word on that but to do it for almost 10 minutes and the man was cuffed to boot, absolutely no need for this man to loose his life especially over a $20 counterfeit bill. If people are siding with this cop and use of that technique for that time frame you all have blinders on. Wasn't he also begging to be let up because he couldn't breath, if you can't see that as sad injustice then somethings wrong with society.
