your not nuts. my fil saw a big azz coyote last spring. he said it was about the size of a german shepard. but then again, hes not all there. lol

county park over 1000 acres? wow. Why would you ask folks on here what would happen if you got caught? Its obvious, you will get in trouble. You have enough money invested into hunting, why have to shell out an un needed fine and or surcharge? No is no. Isnt worth it regardless. Thats just my 2 cents.

either way is fine with me. if i have to wear orange, fine, no problemo. if not, fine, no problemo. i dont see the big deal with having to wear it.

I have one stand i still have yet to have a kill from. maybe next year. Found a few more honey holes by creek beds and an open swampy shat hole. Gonna hang a few down in there this summer.

sounds like he has issues. jealousy perhaps? maybe scout a new stand location if possible and wash your hands of him. basting blind shots in the woods is pretty rediculous and down right stupid. you did the right thing by asking perm. for recovery, and thanking him, etc. the guy is just a real tool if i can say so my self.

oh my gosh. those squirrells on the islands are crazy. think they get sick of being marooned out there. i was restoring a boat house on sport island and i swear it was entertainment for those goofy bast--ds.

mine has a little deck on it. i did it myself with the help of the skid steer, and tractor. prebuilt the walls in my garage over the winter, plexigass sliding windows, left over shingles from a garage i built. its still not complete. need to put batts up to minimize wind, and finish the bridge. lol

i have one. i used telephone poles though. mine is around 9 or ten feet. same set up, but i ended up enclosing it the following year. if u want to go that elevation, i would suggest 4x6, and cross bracing.
