  1. He's for sure a shooter. Good luck
  2. I hope you get a crack at him this fall.
  3. This pic with the kicker is from 2019 and the pic without the kicker is from 2020. I can't find the pic from 2018 but he he was a big typical 8 without the kicker than.
  4. That's exactly what I'm hoping to do. Take a few days off the first week and hope to catch him in that summer pattern.
  5. I kept telling my wife that I was gonna take a drive out to your place after work last week but never did. I'm running up to Syracuse one of the days this week to do a job I'll stop by on my way back if that's ok? I'll look at my schedule Monday morning and let you know what day I'll be out there.
  6. Up until yesterday I haven't gotten anything bigger than a 4pt on cam this year. I've had a big 8 pt on camera the past 3 years and I'm guessing this is him again this year. He grows a smaller kicker off of one side every other year and if this is him again he's now a 9pt with a kicker. This buck hands around from mid July to mid October reach year and is gone again until the next year.
  7. Everything looks good in the basement but not out on the roads.
  8. It could be a number of things. Bullet hole broadhead ripped by another deers antlers a fence ECT.
  9. Beautiful buck I hope you get to tag him.
  10. Me and the family are heading Watkins Glen State Park to tent camp for a few days at the end of August. We want to finish out the week camping at another NYS Park with in a 4-5 hr drive of the Glenn. We want to stay in a pet friendly cabin. Any recommendations? We've done Allegheny and letchworth a bunch looking for somewhere new.
  11. Thank you everyone. My oldest is jealous that his guns don't have a flag pattern. My little guy loves the 22 and can't wait to site it in but he's even more excited to catch some fish with his new fish pole this week.
  12. He chose red lobster for dinner and crushed the ultimate feast all by himself.
  13. Today my youngest turned 8 me and the wife got him his first 22 and a new fishing pole he loves it. The score probably won't stay on there it's just something I had laying around.
  14. Happy 4th. Good bless America
  15. That plaque is sweet.
  16. There are only a handful of major manufacturers in the country. This pole came from Concord American flagpoles. They are probably the largest in the country. The other large manufacturer of aluminum poles is Eder and PLP composites is one of the largest fiberglass flagpole manufacturers then there's a few that manufacture huge steel flagpoles.
  17. Thank you everyone for the kind words and likes.
  18. Same as Rob I use to shoot all summer long and shoot 100+ arrows at a time then I would get in my own head and start moving things. I'll start shooting very soon but with feeling beat up and exhausted from work I usually only shoot 12 or so arrows each time I shoot. My oldest son will be 12 in August so I need to work on getting him prepared to hunt a few times this year. He plays ice hockey so he won't get out much but he's pumped to get out whenever he can. I'm thinking about trying my first out of state hunt. Probably gonna try Ohio's muzzle loader season in January.
