I do not hear any water running.The pump goes on I do get water and then nothing,when the pressure gets low the pump should kick on but it is not.the water well go down to a trickle and the pump kicks on but again only for a few seconds.This pumpalator or what ever is right before the pressure gauge.When I removed no air or water came out.

This is about 150 feet down,if we have to pull it I think I might call someone to do it.

I hope thats.But the foot valve has been mentioned,I really don't want to pull this pump.

I am not sure.I have not pulled the pump up I am hoping to avoid that.

NY is where I belong and there is no place I'd rather be.And I think this site is great I love the fact that not every little thing is an argument.

I hope so.It seems to have pressure but after a bit I lose all pressure.if we let it sit the pressure in the tank builds up then after the faucet is turned on we loose all the pressure again.

Well I drained the tank and all water,Then filled up with about 50 pounds of pressure,same thing happens.I was gonna pack it in for the day when pump kicks on again but it did not sound right.I took the pumpalator apart and found a burnt contactor inside.There are 2 contactors and it seems only 1 is working so I think I found the problem.I hope so anyway well pick one up this week and go try on Saturday.I well keep posting as i go and Thanks for all the help.

I hope it as easy as pumping some air into the tank.It did work the first week we turned on the power so lets see.I well post as soon as I get back Sunday afternoon.

Just got back from the Jersey Shore with the family.I well go up on Sunday and empty the tank and fill with air,and turn the pump on and see if thats the case.Any way I well post Sunday afternoon to let you know.

They are spread very thin I was told 3 officers were supposed to cover from most of the Southern zone.On a good day they might get a 4th.

You just have to wonder how jerks like this get through the day without getting there heads kicked in....
