Credulity and gullibility

This is why gun control is a joke. If the average NRA member did it, he'd be going to jail for 10 years. They don't care what goes on there. They DO care about a human life that develops after what went on there. It's about the constitutional right to safety and security for every human life. Democrats are trying to make a stand based on denying it's a human life. In order to make that case, they need to define when life begins. So far, every attempt they've made has fallen far short of logic, legality or reality. It's actually the leftist women who are insisting the government be involved with their sexual reproduction, asking for free birth control and abortions. Everything the left desires gets shot down in elections or the legislature and they push it into the courts to win with unconstitutional activism. Most has to go to the SCOTUS for a final decision. With unconstitutional judicial activism running rampant and disregard for Rule of Law, it's a crap shoot how the law will end up. If we get one more leftist liberal activist Supreme Court Justice on that bench, America as we know it, will be dead, starting with the 2nd Amendment.

All firearms start out as legal firearms. Somewhere along their life cycle, the government declares them to be illegal. Examples like if they become stolen, change owners without government permission, wind up in a state where they are not allowed, or are simply declared "banned" by a pompous ass of a governor.

A good week of coyote hunting

Nothing like a hunting site where people advocate not shooting a game animal. When the NY State DEC takes them off the huntable game list, I'll stop shooting them. It's bad enough the season isn't year round. Next, we will be chastised for killing porcupine.

One does not hunt to kill. One kills in order to have hunted. It's called predator hunting. It's legal. It's challenging and it's exciting. Killing a coyote in no way endangers their population, but may be beneficial to the population of other animals. That's the point of the above research. The scientific community may not know as much as they think they do about this hybrid animal. It may turn out these coyote are really in need of more control.

Or someone's heart shot went too low and took off it's front leg. That doesn't slow them down though. Losing a rear leg would.

The coyotes we are seeing in NY state are probably something nobody really has much scientific information about yet. Correct. I forgot to mention that. They would skull the boat (move it towards a raft of ducks with one oar out the stern) in range and yank a line tied to the trigger when they got the boat and the ducks lined up just right. I did some waterfowling on Barnegat Bay in my youth and often let the boat drift close to the rafted ducks before rising up in the boat to flush them within range. They would often let a drifting boat get real close out in the open water. I was never able to get more than two at once though.
