  1. After looking at Hodgdon's data, I noticed that H4350 and IMR4350 seems to differ in that the lighter bullets require less charge vs the heavier ones require more in IMR than H. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  2. Excellent info guys, thanks! Can't wait to put my first round together. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  3. Pygmy, how would you work up a load given those min and max? What increments would you load and how many shots per group per load? Would .5 increments and 3 shot groups be sufficient or smaller increments and more shots per group? X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  4. I'd like to shoot Nosler 85-95 grain BT bullets, or their AccuBond line of bullets. I'd like to also find a load that'll work well with their varmint BT bullets in either 55gr or 70gr. Since 55gr is readily available, I'll try to work up a load for that first, and try my luck at some predators with it. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  5. Thanks Pygmy. I did look at the burn charts and that's why I bought the H4350. My data calls for IMR, but its not available. I'll just have to take extra caution. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  6. You can legally bring in 9 ML onto the field. Just saying. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  7. 1-9.25, Savage. I couldn't get IMR 4350, but got a hold on some H4350. Yup, no such thing as a BT 95gr partition. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  8. Don't forget the wife's buck tags that some like to use. Makes it 10+ X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  9. Do you hand load for .243 Win? What's your favorite hunting bullet or most accurate bullet/load? X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  10. Sounds like the lady may have been speeding. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  11. Could also sound like, I racked it, and made sure any chambered round came out and barrel looked clear, then removed the loaded clip. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  12. As far as I'm aware, any stands that screw in or damage the tree is prohibited from state lands. Maybe this property is excluded? X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  13. Lesson learned, at a price of course. Buying used guns is like buying used cars, someone else's problem if you aren't well versed in mechanics. Hope it's a shooter. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  14. True. I only buy timeless looking pieces. The next poster is considering reloading with this recent ammo shipping issue. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

Might go with Korkers and double as jetty gear for Stripers and Blues. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  17. Why is one person comparing carry for self defense vs safety measures while hunting deer? Does the two have anything to do with one another? X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

We cut the lines to let the shorties swim. Sometimes, the big ones cut their own lines. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

Welcome to hunting! X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  21. Could you have taken the i84? Much cheaper than the TapNz X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  22. I stated in a previous reply that EZ Pass systems are dated, and that not all lanes have this in place. But the ones that does have them, the sensors are designed for axle count. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  23. Wow, bad advice. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  24. There are electro-magnetic sensors prior to you entering the tag reader area. These sensors are not based on weight, but specifically designed for reading axles. Mainly used for trucks and semi's. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
  25. EZ Pass systems are a little dated when it comes to axle sensors. Not all stations have them, so it's best to pull into a manned station. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
