Police will never,nor should they, face lethal force with non lethal force. You never would want to go up against a shot gun with a taser or a bean bag round. I think the last non lethal option was used before they shot the scum. That was the K-9 dog that the scum shot. At that point you wouldn't back out and call for a taser.

This happened about 4 miles from my house. My wife and young daughters go to that mall often with out me and my GUN!!! It makes me sick to think about it. I cant say that if this poor woman was able to carry a gun it would have made a difference but it least she would have had that much more of a chance. These self serving, agenda driven scum, anti gun politicians should take a real close look at this case. This happened in Onondaga County where it is almost impossible to get a CC permit. Yup... you can't trust anyone, unless you really know them. I can see them doing spot inspections at gun ranges to see what everyone is shooting and if they are properly registered. I believe that they have been planning this whole thing out for a long time. Think about it. If your car is illegally searched and what the king has deemed to be an "illegal" gun is found, you would beat the charge but there is no way you will get your gun back. Just like when a crack dealer has his charge dismissed but doesn't get his dope back. Thats what little king Cuomo thinks of us.

No matter what the circumstances are, Cuomo and the media will call it a gun problem. Thats why Cuomo is there. There have been several shootings/homicides, with multiple victims, in NY since he has taken office, but this is the first one he has ever shown up at. At least that I know of. For some reason, all of those inner city shootings don't deserve an appearance by Cuomo. Wonder why???Hmmmmmm. This guy is a low life opportunist.

Good point, I have loosened straps and come back the next year and the tree still grew enough to tighten the straps right back up. I left a lock on in the woods for a year with out backing out the screw in steps, and they became so tight that I needed a hammer to back them out.

I almost always use unscented deodorant. A lot of the scented stuff can be irritating. As far as soap, during hunting season I use either Ivory or Kinney Drug brand Beauty bar. Don't laugh. Both have almost no scent. The Beauty bar (god that sounds weird) keeps your skin from drying out. I use it a lot in the off season too.

Im on the south shore of Oneida Lake (Onondaga Co.) and there is almost nothing left. I was in Oneida Co. a few days ago and it was the same there.

Wondering about that myself. How does it work? If I sell you a gun, I guess we go to a gun dealer and they do it ? Do we both have to go ? Can dealers refuse to do them??? WTF
