You know things are bad when people fear getting killed for testifying against Hunter Biden. Proves how corrupt our government has become. House Oversight Chairman: Witnesses Against Hunter Biden ‘Fear for Their Lives’ Amid Threats, Intimidation | The New York Sun (nysun.com) The chairman of the House Oversight Committee, Congressman James Comer, told the television program “Just the News” that he is concerned about alleged threats made against witnesses from Mr. Biden’s financial institutions, as well as about threats made against members of Congress who are investigating alleged corruption and crimes by the Biden family. “We’ve got witnesses that are scared to death to come forward,” Mr. Comer said on Friday. “They fear for their lives. I mean, you’ve got the banks that have worked with us, they’re being squeezed by attorneys, by high-ranking officials in the Democrat Party for having the nerve to work with us to comply with our subpoenas.”

Not far from my home is a spot my friend keeps his horses. Two years ago he turned me on to a field that always has turkey in it at dawn. They roost in trees just across the stream that flows along one side of the field and fly down into the field every morning. I went there at 5:30 AM on Friday and as if on cue, they flew into the field at 6:00 AM. Three Tom's and about 9 hens. There is some farm equipment on the edge of the field withing 50 yards of where they like to be and he said just sit near it and you're good. That's how I got one last year and the year before. I think that's what I will do this year, but I can't get there on the 1st until 8 AM. If that doesn't work out, I will be there at 5 AM on Wednesday. There are other areas around the farm that offer some possibilities later in the day if the first sit doesn't produce. We will see if I get lucky. So, far it looks to be a wet day on Wednesday.

Think this was just an accident? Happened in 2021. (Not long after Biden was put in the White House) Key Gunpowder Factory Mysteriously Exploded, US Production of the Chemical Now Totally Offline. A mysterious explosion at a gunpowder factory in Louisiana in 2021 that destroyed the facilities highlights a serious problem in America’s military supply chain that makes us all less safe in the face of growing threats from China and our other enemies. It all highlights a major problem America has in regard to its military readiness. America’s issues with military readiness is only being compounded as Joe Biden continues to send so much of the country’s munitions and supplies to Ukraine for that nation to put up its opposition to Russian invaders. As it happens, the surplus stocks that should be used to keep America safe are dwindling and the country’s capacity to manufacture more is not something that can quickly or easily be replaced. One shudders to think what would happen if America had to ramp up in an emergency for a major war. It all amounts to a serious problem for the country’s national security. Much to the chagrin of Americans, Joe Biden and his regime, as they typically do, are not working to fix the problem. Instead, the administration’s dereliction of duty is only making matters worse. Of course, I’m talking about the farmers and ranchers who produce the meat for sale in our markets and grocery stores. The strategy of the animal rights extremists is this: Any animal use equals abuse. As this NRA website has tracked, they want to end meat-eating and apply the same emotional anti-meat strategy to hunters that they do to farmers and ranchers. The Farm Animal Rights Movement (FARM) has been targeting animal producers for years, trying to force them out of business and end their way of life. Groups like the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) want to see all animal farming stopped and all meat eating ceased, as well as any use of animals. And PETA even provides interested people with a vegan starter kit so they can do their part in putting farmers and ranchers out of business, despite the group killing more than 45,000 pets at its Virginia shelter over the past several years. https://www.nrahlf.org/articles/2023/4/24/the-war-on-meat-is-a-war-on-hunting/
