There are deft political maneuverers who react to circumstances as necessary, and then blinkered and mulish politicians who can't or won't acknowledge reality. There are policymakers whose worldviews line up with basic economic laws, and then those always bound to be confounded by the real world consequences of their ideological fixations. There are master communicators who can make anyone feel better about anything, and then there are stumblebums whose evasions and lapses in logic are painfully obvious. Joe Biden is emphatically the latter on every count. He likes to say fighting inflation is his foremost priority, but it's hard to identify any major initiative of his that would be any different if the annual inflation rate were under 2% rather than over 8%.

Which political party is pushing all of this gun control? Democrats! Who are the weak minded who suffer from a lack of a functioning intellect voting for? Democrats! Who are the liberal gun owners and liberal hunters voting for? Democrats! They are too far removed from reality, and impaired with a low info mentality, to see they are voting to voluntarily give up their inalienable rights and produce their own demise. The problem is not the Democrat politicians that push gun control. The problem is the citizen that votes to give Democrats the power to do it!

The Biden administration has pressed the mayor of El Paso, Texas, not to declare a state of emergency regarding the migrant crisis plaguing residents of the city. Members of El Paso's city council have called on Democrat Mayor Oscar Leeser to declare an emergency, as homeless shelters in the city have been overrun with thousands of illegal aliens. Thus far, Leeser has resisted doing so, and he recently revealed the reason why. As councilmember Claudia Rodriguez explained, "He told me the White House asked him not to." Texas Republican Representative Tony Gonzales responded, "It is a sleight of hand what the administration is doing, pressuring the local government to not issue a declaration of emergency, to say as if everything is going OK." He observed "the same thing in other parts of my district." Leeser dismissed any claim that he was taking orders from the White House, stating, "I make decisions based on current circumstances and in the best interest of the citizens of El Paso." Yet last month during a council meeting, Leeser appeared to validate Rodriguez's assertion when he argued against declaring a state of emergency: "The White House has asked, at this point, for us not to do that and they'll continue to work with us and continue to give us money through the Federal Emergency Management Agency." Once again, the Biden administration is peddling a false narrative regarding the border crisis that it created. The underhanded effort to control the narrative is aimed at deceiving the American public with midterm elections looming. -
Joe Biden is releasing an additional 15 million barrels of oil from the nation's Strategic Petroleum Reserve. In what amounts to a desperate attempt to project the appearance that he's pulling out all the stops to combat rising gas prices, now averaging $3.85 per gallon, Biden hopes to lessen the growing political headwinds Democrats face with the midterm elections less than a month away. Meanwhile, Biden's draining of the SPR that began in March will have decreased the reserve by 180 million barrels (with this latest 15 million included), bringing the total reserve down to 400 million barrels, the lowest it's been since 1984. Now that Biden's anti-fossil fuel policies are promising negative political impact to his party, his administration is spinning the blame for high fuel costs onto Saudi Arabia, Russia, and U.S. oil producers' alleged greed. Nevertheless, even as Biden attacks America's fossil fuel producers by denying permits and ending the Keystone XL pipeline, he calls on them to ramp up their production to help offset higher fuel prices. As American Petroleum Institute senior vice president Frank Macchiarola observes, "If [Biden administration officials] continue to offer the same old so-called solutions, they'll continue to get the same old results." And those results are Americans having to pay more at the pump and to heat their homes. Hopefully the coming red wave grows into a tsunami. Still hate Trump? See a shrink.

Congressman Jeff Duncan · I have some bad news to report, and it's going to make you mad. You may recall that over the summer, Joe Biden visited the Middle East to beg the Saudis to increase oil production. There's a lot wrong with that sentence. The United States has stricter environmental standards than the Saudis, so increasing production over there is less environmentally friendly than doing it in the United States. Increased production in Saudi Arabia would also lead to more jobs for Saudis, not American workers. Furthermore, more foreign production makes us more dependent on other countries for our national security. Today the Saudis made a decision on Biden's request, and their answer was to cut production by 2 million barrels a day instead of increasing it like Biden had asked for. It gets worse. Biden's been draining the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) by nearly a million barrels a day in an attempt to blunt the impact of HIS administration's policies that are directly responsible for fuel prices spiking. His decision to do this has drained the SPR to a dangerous 40-year low, and essentially taken it off the table as a future option, weakening our national security in the process. You may also recall that when President Trump was in office, he proposed purchasing oil at record LOW prices to fill up the SPR which would have strengthened our national defense, but was blocked from doing so by Chuck Schumer. Now Biden is faced with the decision of buying back oil to refill the SPR at higher prices than what he sold it for. Economics lesson for Democrats: Buying High and Selling Low will make you broke very quickly. There's also the question of why the Saudis and OPEC decided to cut production in the first place? Because they know we no longer have a government that is willing to do what it takes to counter them. During the Trump Administration, if OPEC had cut production, the United States could simply have increased supply. Because of Joe Biden, that's no longer the case. We can no longer counter OPEC's market manipulation, so they are back at their old game. Americans are suffering enough. Record high inflation coupled with record high gas prices. Joe Biden is destroying this country.

If we elect a conservative majority in 435 U.S. House of Representatives seats and 36 U.S. senators, we will have begun to right our ship of state. If we do the same for 36 state governors, innumerable state legislators, county and municipal supervisors, school boards and mayors, our progeny will thank us. Our slide as a nation of freedom and opportunity into tyranny and corruption can be reversed if enough American patriots “adapt and overcome” as Marines put it and cast their votes for conservative candidates in the coming days. Regardless of what polls and pundits claim, we outnumber those who want to dismantle our constitutional republic in favor of a dystopic socialist hell. Project Unloaded is not a standalone organization. Instead, it is a project of the New Venture Fund, a nonprofit incubator that acts as a fiscal sponsor to dozens of left-wing groups. Fiscal sponsorship involves a nonprofit providing its tax-exempt status to other groups, meaning they do not have to register with the Internal Revenue Service. These are leftist organizations that liberals fund. An elderly physician, Doctor Geezer, became very bored in retirement and decided to re-open a medical clinic. He put a sign up outside that said: "Dr. Geezer's clinic: Get your treatment for $500 -- if not cured, get back $1,000." Doctor Young, who was positive that this old geezer didn't know beans about medicine, thought this would be a great opportunity to get $1,000. So he went to Dr. Geezer's clinic. Dr. Young: "Dr. Geezer, I have lost all taste in my mouth. Can you please help me?" Dr. Geezer: "Nurse, please bring medicine from Box 22 and put 3 drops in Dr. Young's mouth." Dr. Young: '"Aaagh! -- This is Gasoline!" Dr. Geezer: "Congratulations! You've got your taste back. That will be $500.” Dr. Young, very annoyed, goes back after a couple of days figuring to recover his money. Dr. Young: "I have lost my memory, I cannot remember anything. Dr. Geezer: "Nurse, please bring medicine from box 22 and put 3 drops in the patient's mouth." Dr. Young, "Oh, no you don't -- that's Gasoline!" Dr. Geezer: "Congratulations! You've got your memory back.That will be $500." Dr. Young (now having lost $1000) leaves angrily and comes back after several more days. Dr. Young, "My eyesight has become weak --- I can hardly see anything!" Dr. Geezer, "Well, I don't have any medicine for that so here's your $1000 back" -- giving him a $10 bill. Dr. Young, "But this is only $10!" Dr. Geezer, "Congratulations! You got your vision back! That will be $500." Moral of story -- Just because you're "Young" doesn't mean that you can outsmart an old Geezer.
