  1. Sounds like the authorities are trying to intimidate people so they won't do what no law prevents them from doing.
  2. John graduates high school and takes out a loan for $50,000 to start his plumbing company. He buys plenty of expensive tools, A work truck and learns a trade. Chris graduates high school and chooses to take out a loan for $50,000 to go to college to study liberal arts John works for 5 years to build and pay for his investment. Chris graduates from college with a debt he cant afford to pay. Chris gets his debt forgiven by Joe Biden. Johns taxes go up to pay for Chris's unpaid debts. John then gets audited by 1 of the 87,000 new IRS agents and has to prove his truck and tools are actual work expenses. America....
  3. To all who are Die Hard Democrats I attribute this to the extreme Leftist, Socialist and Communists who have infiltrated your party, and being apathetic, your party allowed it. With all the negative attacks on President Trump I found this to be quite interesting. This is something I’m asking you to read. It’s not for aggravation, debate or comment. I’m just asking you to read what someone else wrote, that I mostly agree with... OPEN LETTER TO DEMOCRATS FROM A DEMOCRAT I just have a few questions for you....Let me start with, I already know you don't like President Trump...that's a given, SO, let's move on from that... How about the division of America.. Do you really blame Trump for that? How about when NONE of the DEMOCRATS showed up for his inauguration? Don't you think that started the division? He hadn't even been president yet, and EXCEPT for Clinton and Obama, not one democrat showed up.... Is that when Trump divided America? Can you imagine if the REPUBLICANS didn't show up for Obama's inauguration because they lost??? Can you even start to imagine what would have happened? How about when 19 minutes after Trump was inaugurated, the Washington Post declared the IMPEACHMENT CAMPAIGN has STARTED? Was that when Trump divided America? How about when Nancy Pelosi ripped up Trump's state of the union right in front of the world, showing complete disrespect for the President of the United States? Did that bring the country together and is THAT when Trump divided America? How about when America had to endure, 3 years and over 30 million dollars spent on trying to PROVE that Trump only won because of RUSSIAN COLLUSION and NOT because America voted him in and 17 Democrats did EVERYTHING in their power to PROVE that there was Russian Collusion...and came up with ZERO...? Was THAT when Trump divided America? I can't even start to go over the NEGATIVE PRESS he's received since his surprise wins... Remember, the DONORS, the likes Bloomberg, who gave 27 million, Tom Stayer who gave 17 million, George Soros who gave 9 million and MANY MORE that gave MULTI-MILLIONS to Hillary, wanted a return on their investment...Do you really think that donors give MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS just because they love Hillary? NO, these weren't campaign donations; they were INVESTMENTS into what HILLARY had promised them when she became president.... They were so sure she would win and they would be SHOWERED with HUGE RETURNS, and when it didn't happen and they LOST all those millions, they went all out to TAKE TRUMP out of OFFICE by any means possible... DID YOU KNOW that 90% of the Mainstream media and the corporations that own them, are owned by or run by BIG DEMOCRAT DONORS? You can verify all of that for yourselves...I did... Since the moment Trump won, even before he was inaugurated, the mainstream media's reporting was 92% negative on Trump, do you know why? It was those big donors that lost their dream of MILLIONS of dollars, on their returns that they were going to receive when Hillary was president and they weren't going to take that loss lightly...They needed to PUNISH TRUMP and those that VOTED HIM IN... I've said this since the night he was elected... "There is NOTHING the left won't do to take down our President”, our country and us, no low they won't go to, to get their power back", and sadly, we have seen this every single day since his election. Let me ask you this...Have you ever listened to Trump or appreciated any accomplishment or campaign promises he's kept, have you ever gone to one of his rallies or have you just closed your mind to ANYTHING he does? Please ask yourselves the following questions, if you dare... What has Joe Biden done for America for the last 47 years that he's held an office? What did Joe Biden ever do for BLACKS when HE and Obama were in office? What has Joe Biden ever done in his entire life to create a private-sector job? What has Joe Biden done to help the American middle class worker? Let me also ask you this...Why do you think there are so many people tearing down statues, burning flag, beating up police officers, disrespecting our founders and hating our country? It comes straight from our SCHOOLS that have slowly been tearing down our history... If there is a teacher out there, please tell me the following: Do you teach the truth that it was the DEMOCRATS that: Were the KKK? That the GRAND LEADER of the KKK was Robert Byrd, who was elected to congress and served for decades, and that it was Hillary, Bill, and Obama that gave his EULOGY praising him? That the DEMOCRATS fought the Civil war to KEEP SLAVERY? That DEMOCRATS to keep control of slaves after they were freed, created the inner-city ghettos? That Planned Parenthood was founded in inner cities to CONTROL the BLACK POPULATION? Is any of this in your history books? Let me ask you this as well. Can a student speak up when he/she disagrees with a teacher when they say that Trump is a horrible president or the Electoral College has to be eliminated? Don't think so? Well, I know a student that actually happened to...When the teacher said it had to be eliminated because Hillary lost, and he stated the reason it should stay, She ripped him apart and gave the entire class a 5 hour test, and stated it was because he DARED to disagree with her... Is that happening in your schools? I'm only asking questions....I'd like your answers.. President Trump and his entire family has been vilified, demeaned and disrespected, for one reason and one reason only.......HE WON... Have you noticed the DEMOCRATS only throw tantrums and OBJECT to everything he does and have NEVER ONCE gotten behind him or tried to work with him to help make America the best it can be? WHY? They can't afford to get behind him...he would WIN AGAIN, and they can't let that happen....if he wins again, the Democrat party will be destroyed and they know it... Did you notice that the "CAGES" the left claimed that Trump built to put Illegal children in, WERE BUILT BY OBAMA for the very purpose of PUTTING ILLEGAL CHILDREN IN? Was THAT all over the news when Obama did it? The very same "CAGES"...but the media was silent!! How about when Trump commuted Roger Stone's sentence, and was DEMONIZED 24/7 but NOT A WORD when Obama commuted 1715 inmates, which included 330 that he granted on his last day in office... DID WE EVEN HEAR one WORD about it? Were there reporters even reporting it...NO! Just look at the difference in the reporting. By the way, Trump commuted 10 people...compare that to Obama...Is that reporting fair? How about when Biden and Obama allowed the H1N1, the SWINE FLU, to INFECT MILLIONS of Americans before declaring it a health emergency.... Was the press losing it's minds and calling it the OBAMAFLU AND BLAMING OBAMA and BIDEN for the spread? SILENCE! Compare this to the NEGATIVE COVERAGE that Trump got when, he immediately halted travel from China when, in February, Nancy Pelosi went to Chinatown and said come on down, or when DeBlasio, in March, said ride the subways and go to Broadway...BUT those same people are blaming Trump for the spread of coronavirus.. A FINAL QUESTION: What have the DEMOCRATS done to help make America the best, to get behind a president that worked tirelessly to care about WE THE PEOPLE instead of using us as political pawns.. What have the democrats done for people of color EXCEPT for GIVING ILLEGALS more rights than citizens and having us pay for it... JUST imagine what this country could accomplish if the Democrats had worked with Trump on the economy, the coronavirus, the inner cities where he's created opportunity zones, job training etc. When Trump tried to get school choice for inner-city students they ran Betsy Devos out!! The Dems running those inner-city schools wanted no part of school choice. Have you ever wondered why it's cities that have been run, for decades by Democrats, that have the MOST HOMELESS, the MOST CRIME, the most MURDERS, the worst INNER CITY schools, ARE ALL RUN BY DEMOCRATS??? If you haven't started asking yourselves those questions, maybe you should.. As I said, my entire family used to be Democrats, but NOT ONE will ever vote for a Democrat again....They asked themselves the same questions and the answer was clear....
  4. Inez Stepman, senior policy analyst at Independent Women’s Forum - On student loan forgiveness... It’s hard to imagine how we could screw up higher education any more than we already have, but we’re about to—if we make student loan forgiveness a reality. There’s a Latin phrase that helps explain why. The phrase is “cui bono”—who benefits. In the case of student loan forgiveness, it’s first and foremost the colleges and universities who can charge outrageous tuition largely paid for by student loans; second, politicians who make cheap promises of debt forgiveness to win votes; and third, students from upper middle-class families who would get taxpayers to pay off their student debt. Who doesn’t benefit? Everyone else. That includes those who didn’t go to college and a new class of “suckers”—people who went to college and paid off their student loans. Student loan forgiveness is a reverse Robin Hood—it takes from the poor and gives to the rich. The most obvious argument against forgiving student debt is that no one forced anybody to borrow money for college. Why, then, should others be forced to pay it off? Before you think I’m going to go all tough love on you, let me say that I have a lot of sympathy for young people who have dug themselves into the student debt hole. I am one of them. For decades, our society has made the claim that you need a college degree to get ahead in life, and that the smart bet was to take out any amount of loans to ensure a bright future. And if you need help with the tuition? Uncle Sam—the US government—stands at the ready with his generous student loan programs. Fill out a few forms, and presto, there’s a check in your mailbox. You’re off to college. But here’s the dirty secret: for every dollar of student loan money the government makes available, university tuition goes up by 60 cents! Colleges and universities don’t see college loans as a problem; they see a gravy train. Most college administrators may be cowards ready to cave before every politically correct fad, but they’re not dumb. If the government is going to loan you money to go to college, they can raise tuition virtually at will. You can afford it; just borrow more. And what do the universities do with all that tuition money? Build more buildings. Hire more administrators. Hey, somebody has to pay for all those Diversity, Equity and Inclusion officers, right? Cui Bono. Meanwhile, you stagger out of college with a degree and a boat load of debt to pay off, to get the same job and salary that a decade ago didn’t require a bachelor’s. What great way to start your adult life! If you fit that profile, you’re very likely to favor student loan forgiveness. Who can blame you? With a simple stroke of a pen, some or all your debt goes away like it was never there. And, the least you can do, in return, is vote for the politicians who made it possible. At least that’s how the politicians see it. Cui Bono. But who’s going to pay for your good fortune? The taxpayers, course. The most modest debt relief proposal out there now—$10,000 per borrower—would cost $300 billion. To wipe it all out? $1.8 trillion. And a lot of those taxpayers will be working class people who didn’t go to college—in many cases because they didn’t want to take on all the debt. That’s why despite easy student loan access from the government, people in the lower and middle classes make up a smaller percentage of college students than they did 50 years ago. The reality is that loan forgiveness would overwhelmingly benefit the already well-off. It’s projected that for every dollar of debt cancellation that would go to the lower middle class and impoverished student loan holders, seven times that would go to the top 20% of earners—the lawyers, accountants, and doctors who borrowed heavily for their degrees. This group also includes the people who staff government bureaucracies, corporate HR departments, and school administrations—the people chiefly responsible for the woke mini-revolutions upending institution after institution. For this managerial class, student loan forgiveness would be great. But is it fair? Cui Bono. Student debt is a real problem, and it requires some real solutions. But blanket loan forgiveness makes everything worse, and rewards exactly those actors who have had such a large hand in creating the crisis—especially the opportunistic universities and politicians. Instead, we should focus on three common sense reforms. One. Reduce college tuition and availability of student loan funds going forward. We have to break the vicious cycle of ever-increasing tuition and ever-increasing government loans to pay for it. Two. We should target limited relief to lower and middle-class Americans who have been sold a bill of goods about the value of an expensive university degree—not the lawyers, accountants, and bureaucrats who have already benefited from the system. Three. Relief should come from rich universities, not middle-class taxpayers. Yale, for example, has a forty-two-billion-dollar endowment. Universities have taken advantage of the problem, and it’s time for them to contribute to the solution. Cui Bono.
  5. Seems people in this area of NY are more concerned about having the freedom to get an abortion, than having freedom in all other areas. I think that indicates how they spend most of their "free" time. They voted for their own demise. I also believe many conservative voters didn't vote because they have given up on NY and have lost faith in the voting system in this state. They are no longer voting, spending all of their time trying to escape from NY. P.S. There are many people here who claim this area as their residence to get cheaper car insurance and other benefits, but actually live most of their days in the city area. Their dumb leftist ideas come up here with them.
  6. What kind of answers did you get from all the local authorities you called? Seems to me they should've answered your questions.
  7. Wanna know why America is heading for an economic collapse and everything that comes with it? Because there are idiots in America that do not understand economics, the national debt or taxes, and support leftists like Biden no matter how stupid their policies are. They're called "low Info" voters and are ignorant of the consequences of stupid leftist policies. They are "useful idiots" and comprise the "idiot electorate". They judge government policies by their intentions, rather than their results. And when the results are a disaster, they claim the policies would have worked if we threw more money at them. I have to laugh every time I hear them parrot some canned leftist talking point they've been told to agree with, which isn't relevant to the issue, as a refutation against intelligent criticism of a stupid leftist policy. Truly they are not capable of thinking for themselves. No intelligent individual supports any government policy based on it's intentions. They support them based upon foreseeable future results. Many government subsidies have very positive results, whether they create more jobs, result in a net increase in tax payments to the government, ease economic malaise, supply chain issues or prevent layoffs. That's not to say the government didn't create the problems it needs to repair in the first place. But throwing money at irresponsible people who happen to be part of your voter base, to buy their votes with responsible people's tax dollars is stupid, and probably illegal. Biden has absolutely no legal, nor Constitutional authority to issue this "executive order". The GOP will take it to court, costing taxpayers even more millions, and they will win. Unfortunately, that will make them look like the bad guys and Democrats will play on that to get the votes of the "low info useful idiots" in the "idiot electorate". To collect votes. These leftists are evil, but they are not stupid. That is exactly why they're dangerous.
  8. Is it Donald Trump they don't like or is it what he stands for? Some anti-Trump Republicans are showing their objection to the former president to be much more broad than the man. Recently polling indicates that if Trump does not run in 2024, current Florida Governor Ron DeSantis would take the lead for Republican voters. Given this scenario, would anti-Trump Republicans like the just defeated Liz Cheney throw their support behind DeSantis? Her answer says it all: "I think that Ron DeSantis has lined himself up almost entirely with Donald Trump, and I think that's very dangerous." She "would find it very difficult" to support him. Ironically, for the anti-Trump Republicans, their best bet at seeing someone other than Trump win the GOP primary might end up being DeSantis. However, for many of them, like the abysmal Lincoln Project "Republicans," their real problem with Trump was ultimately not with the man but with what he represents — the anti-establishment, America First agenda. While asserting moral superiority, these anti-Trump Republicans spent years castigating those Republicans and conservatives for voting for such a flawed man, claiming that their primary objection to him was that he was unfit for office. Yet that objection rings hollow when presented with an alternative like DeSantis, who has none of the moral failures of Trump but is equally rejected with the lame argument that he is too close to Trump. Maybe it was never Trump the man that most upset these never-Trumpers; rather it was what he stood against — the elitist bureaucratic swamp that Washington has become.
  9. Many areas they are around, but are rarely seen. I see a good amount of sign around, but have to work hard to see one.
