  9. Very nice. I'm new to reloading although I have been around firearms, shooting and hunting my whole life reloading is one thing I have not thought much about until now. What are some of the must haves to get into reloading? I would like to reload a number of calibers that I own and maybe show my sister how to do it also.
  10. Is realoading worth it right now and does it make it easier to stack pile up some rounds? And what certain tools do you have to have to get started with? Thanks.

  12. Good luck fella's. I have a heavy snow alert in my area so I want to get out in the snow and hunt some yotes. I'll be out tomorrow.
  13. The Special Operations Forces Report (SOFREP) called our attention to a 2,929-word letter signed by more than 1,000 Green Berets in support of protecting the Second Amendment and explaining why “all Americans should be concerned” about doing so themselves. The letter was originally posted on the website Professional Soldiers, a forum that Military.com explained is operated by retired Army Special Forces Master Sgt. Jeff Hinton. Military.com also noted that the 1,100 signatories were not officially named due to the nature of their careers, but the letter notes all are current or former Special Forces members. Read More: Another commenter asked on a different forum, “why is it a semi-auto rifle that holds 10+ rounds in the hands of a citizen is suddenly an “assault weapon,” yet an open order for 7,000 full auto and selective fire machine guns that look like AR-15s in the hands of the gov’t are considered Homeland Security to be “personal defense weapons?” It’s commendable these guys did this. Even more so when considered these same individuals probably won’t fire on US citizens when ordered and might now be risking their job in the armed forces. I’m glad that some people are wiling to stand up for the 2nd Amendment because they DO want your guns and they are coming for them: http://www.isthatbaloney.com/if-you-dont-think-they-want-your-guns-... Common sense has not been eradicated! God forbid our elite politician geniuses don’t catch this rare disease. You don’t suppose that the Administration is just now discovering that Green Beret is not the same “Go Green” as they thought? Well, unlike the liberal media creation “assault weapon” (Josh Sugarmann; “Assault Weapons and Accessories in America” (1988)), a Personal Defense Weapon (PDW) is an actual recognized class of weapon. The Gov’t, being the Gov’t, can buy, make, use any weapon they want to. As for the complaints about “Personal Defense Weapons” it is a matter of characteristics by which professionals classify a certain weapon. PDWs are short barreled weapons of any configuration that is concealable. Many are “AR” series rifles with sub 16 inch barrels. Often PDWs have 10 inch barrels, which limit the effect range of the rifle while maintain performance for close quarters combat. It is typically the rifle you won’t see a PSD team carry until they need to engage. I’m not arguing the hypocrisy of DHS, just pointing out the difference in terminology used. The more pressing question is “what threat assessment motivated the DHS to equip up to 7,000 Personal Security Detail members?” So ask your elected officials to bring it up. I am. Educating yourselves on the actual definitions helps you learn motives and therefore how to ask the correct questions. AR has never been short for Assault Rifle, The AR-15 is the Armalite Rifle 15 series. Though it is a brand name has become synonymous with that series of rifles, regardless of brand and actual designation. I just wish the lame-stream media would report on this. More and more we are being isolated to one news channel, talk radio, and a few websites. If this type of stuff never gets out, then it’s as though it never happened. The way all this works is to restrict to 10 round magazines. Then when more shootings occur they say they didn’t go far enough and then restrict the number of magazines you can have to one. When the door opens. it eventually opens all the way. So shut it must remain. That why the tyrants chose to call themselves PROGRESSIVE. As they slowly progress their ideology on the country until they have total control. This progression is the next step from the previous tolerance America gave in their original foot in the door in 1992. Just look how they implemented seat belt laws…from infant requirements to full violation for any passenger.

  16. Well I ended up getting a few boxes of Fusion 165 grain. Hoping to get my rifle to a gun-smith soon to get the trigger job done. And I figure around 3 pounds should be good. Haven't had the weather to shoot much but i'll be getting it all together soon.
